Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend optimal coverage
Sell and cross-sell a full suite of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and proactive policy reviews
Consistently exceed individual sales targets to support overall agency success
Stay current on product knowledge, compliance standards, and industry best practices
Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor renewals
Actively participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions to drive innovation and growth
Qualifications
1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and closing new business
Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred (or willingness to obtain)
