Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
- Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
- Develop long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service before and after the sale
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals while growing your book of business
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication
- Stay current on Farmers products, licensing requirements, and industry trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated by goals and career growth
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
