- Grow and maintain a client base through networking, prospecting, and community engagement
- Provide personalized insurance guidance tailored to each client’s needs
- Build lasting client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews

- Learn operational and strategic skills essential to running a successful insurance business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Farmers Insurance products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
