- Have conversations that uncover what clients actually need
- Prepare quotes and explain Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance options
- Follow up with prospects and confidently ask for the sale
- Build relationships with customers beyond the initial policy
- Identify additional opportunities to help existing clients
- Organize your pipeline and follow-ups using agency systems
- Work toward personal production goals and contribute to agency growth

- Hold a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or be willing to obtain the required licensing
