JOB DESCRIPTION
Part Time Front Desk Associate
Part Time: 8:00am – 1:00pm
The Part Time Front Desk Associate is a part-time position that supports the Front Desk Coordinator. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment and assisting with the front desk operations.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer central telephone system, direct and screen calls, take and relay messages in a professional and cheerful manner.
- Assist in office security and greet visitors entering and leaving the office in a professional and warm manner.
- Assist in distributing incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Assist in billing and invoicing when needed.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills/professional but personable phone skills.
- Strength in accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
