The Role
We are currently hiring for our swing shift: Mon-Thurs 11 am-7:30 pm, and Fri noon-4 pm. Farmer Group’s Cannabis Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment (picking and packing) of orders from our customers supporting orders to dispensaries all over New York State.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the fulfillment process.

Qualifications, Education, & Skills
- Flexibility–must have the ability to consistently work hours of shift assigned (1st or 2nd shift).
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and place over 50 lbs repetitively, loading and unloading vehicles, in outdoor weather conditions
- Must possess a keen eye for detail and ability to follow directions
- Maintains awareness of one’s surroundings at all times
- Must be trustworthy and reliable, responsible for company property and all product
- Must be a problem solver, in the event of unexpected circumstances while delivering
- Clean, professional appearance and a calm, customer service-oriented demeanor
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 years of warehouse experience desired
