Love coffee, customer service, and the open road?Join Farmer Brothers as a Coffee Service Route Merchandiser & Account Specialist and keep beverage stations performing at their best while growing customer relationships.Why This RoleOwn your route: deliver, merchandise, and service accounts on a set daily scheduleBe the quality champion: perform daily CQC (Cup Quality Check) and keep equipment spotless and operationalDrive growth: close distribution gaps, run seasonal/LTO promos, and execute pricing actions to increase revenue per stopCollaborate: escalate issues quickly to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) and support inventory and warehouse tasksWhat You’ll DoDeliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related products at each accountEnsure beverage stations meet brand standards and equipment is in good working orderComplete at least one CQC daily and address quality concerns immediatelyService every customer on the daily route and complete all required deliveriesManage invoices, inventory, and collections while on routeSpot inefficiencies or dissatisfaction and communicate findings to the ASM during route reliefAssist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse duties, and customer-related tasksLearn basic brewing equipment repairs/adjustmentsFollow The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell; make opportunistic sales calls to boost loyaltyHelp with warehouse operations, A/R collections, and customer service when neededSchedule & RequirementsTypical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm; overtime when neededDriving: Valid driver’s license required; ability to pass a DOT physicalMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentClean driving recordCustomer service experience preferred; foodservice experience a plusRoute delivery background beneficialSkills & TraitsMechanical comfort with company hardware/softwareGreat at assessing customer needs and communicating clearlyGoal-aligned, proactive, and decisive with strong business judgmentBuilds rapport and works well independently with minimal supervisionQuick to identify issues, problems, and opportunities and act on themPay Transparency & BenefitsWe practice pay transparency. Base pay is tied to experience and qualifications, and we apply location-based market adjustments. If you work in a higher-cost area, a geographic premium may apply.
