Job Description:
- Responsibilities: The Collateral Evaluator will be responsible for providing independent valuation support to our Appraisal Department by conducting in-house real estate and chattel evaluations and supporting appraisal activities through sales research and data management. This role ensures appropriate separation between lending and valuation functions while delivering accurate collateral information to support credit decisions.
- Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agricultural business, finance, business administration, or related field preferred. Possess general knowledge of appraisal concepts, regulations, practices and procedures. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
