The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will support these efforts by implementing and supporting delivering robust, enterprise-ready Azure infrastructure solutions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Implement and support end-to-end Azure solutions including networking, compute, storage, identity, and security components.
- Implement and support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using ARM/Bicep, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to assist in supporting Zero Trust initiatives using tools like Entra ID, Defender, and Conditional Access.
- Advise on cost optimization opportunities using Azure Cost Management, Reserved Instances, and serverless architectures.
- Implement and support the use of Azure Managed Services, including App Services, SQL DB, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Support enterprise-wide disaster recovery and BCP efforts leveraging Azure Site Recovery and Backup solutions.
- Partner with network and security teams to Implement and support a Cloud First Network Infrastructure (Virtual WAN, SD-WAN, Azure Firewall).
- Support headless solutions, serverless compute (Azure Functions, Logic Apps), and managed database services (SQL, Cosmos DB).
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to report to work in person and to attend work-related functions/activities.
- Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to occasionally travel as required.
- Ability to type and utilize various software programs efficiently and operate general office equipment.
- Ability to work in an office setting with moderate noise levels.

- This role may be filled as either remote or hybrid depending on candidate's location. For those local to Springfield, MA the hybrid option allows employees the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays and with in the office collaboration on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically, 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or engineering roles, with significant focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency with core Azure services: compute, networking, storage, identity, governance, and monitoring.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
- Strong understanding of cloud security and identity management, particularly in Zero Trust environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud automation, monitoring, and operational support tools.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
- Experience with container platforms (Docker, AKS) and API management.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration technologies and methodologies (e.g., ExpressRoute, Azure Arc).
- All roles require periodic travel to Springfield, MA for company meetings, events, and team activities***
