We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Advisor & Agency Owner. In this full-time, hybrid position based in Jackson, MI, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and guiding clients toward financial security. Day-to-day tasks include identifying clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate solutions, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role.

- Understanding of insurance products and services, with a focus on life, home, auto, and financial planning solutions
- Sales and client services abilities, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate and grow a business
- Analytical and organizational skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory
- Must hold or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licensing in the state of Michigan
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is a plus
