Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Sales Associate located in Meridian, ID. The Licensed Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining and selling insurance products, processing new policies, renewals, and endorsements, and conducting policy reviews. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Experience with insurance products, policy processing, and endorsements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Active Idaho insurance license
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
