You will work directly with underwriters and clients to make sure policies are written accurately. For you, taking direction is no big deal yet when you have a great idea, you shout it from the mountain. And when you come down, you’re ready to run with it. Be like a momma duck and make sure all ducklings are lined up for events, etc. so things aren’t rushed or missed.

- You can rock out Microsoft products in your sleep.
- You dress the part. I don’t have stuffy rules about no open-toed shoes or suiting up, but you need to possess enough business acumen to know what will and won’t fly.
- You become licensed in property/casualty insurance within the first 30 days of hire. This is necessary for job functions; no selling required.
