About Us: Be part of the opening team! Farina is a brand-new, fast-casual Italian restaurant bringing high-quality, fresh ingredients to Doral. We are looking for high-energy Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in the food they serve. Our hours of operation are 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
What You'll Do:
- Cook and plate high-quality pizzas, fresh pastas, and finish off our signature desserts.
- Work efficiently on the line during peak lunch and dinner rushes.
- Communicate clearly and work seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Maintain a meticulously clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines strictly to ensure consistency.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant.
- Experience with pizza ovens or sautéing pastas is a major plus.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
