Job Description
- Greeting & Seating: Warmly welcome guests, manage the seating chart, and escort guests to tables.
- Reservations & Waitlist: Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and provide accurate wait times.
- Table Management: Optimize seating flow to ensure an even workload for servers.
- Customer Service: Handle initial guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Cleaning & Support: Maintain the front-of-house appearance, clean menus, and assist staff with tasks like clearing tables (bussing) or folding silverware.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Needed, but is a plus
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Positive attitude, punctuality, and a polished appearance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Pay
$9-10 per hour tips
