Entry-Level Woodworker

The Position

We're seeking an Entry Level Furniture Craftsman to join our small, dedicated team creating high-end custom tables. This is your opportunity to learn skilled woodworking while contributing to high end furniture pieces that will be used in executive boardrooms and luxury offices across America.

What You'll Learn & Do

• Table construction from raw lumber to finished product
• Precision cutting using table saws, miter saws, and jointers
• Wood preparation including planing, jointing, and panel glue-ups
• Epoxy work mixing and pouring for knot filling and repairs
• Sanding operations including wide belt sander operation
• Quality control ensuring every piece meets premium standards
• Crate building for safe shipping of high-value furniture
• Wood selection for optimal grain matching and quality
• Product packaging and delivery preparation
• Local deliveries using company vehicle

Required Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver's license for deliveries
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Interest in woodworking and carpentry

No prior furniture experience required - we'll train the right person!

• Year-round indoor work in our Fargo shop
