Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvasser to join our team in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible with scheduling, and is highly organized. This role requires engaging with the community, sharing information, and promoting our cause or services in a fun and approachable manner. This is also an introductory role that can easily be promoted to the Project Consultant position after year 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with residents and businesses in all of our service area to share information and promote our initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with the public.
• Organize daily canvassing routes and manage time efficiently to maximize outreach.
• Adapt to changing schedules and locations as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet outreach goals.
• Report feedback and results to the management team in a timely manner.
