JOB FUNCTION
The Wholesale Support Specialist provides support to procurement and store personnel for wholesale and store order processes. This is a full-time position with regular hours scheduled from 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday. Alternating half-day Saturday shift is required.
Responsibilities
This position may be performed at either the Distribution Center in Boone, IA, or the corporate office in Johnston, IA, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Identifies, researches, and resolves routine problems of low complexity.
- Responds to telephone, email, online, and in person requests for wholesale and store order support.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors problems using applicable systems and tools and are responsible for timely resolution or escalation.
- Provides first-tier support for user problems relating to wholesale and store order issues.
- Responsible for operation of onsite printshop, including distribution of printed material and other related media to retail locations.
- Data entry between system platforms.
- Responsible for recapping and processing of internal programs between retail and wholesale.
- Updates and maintains purchase order information for wholesale department vendors.
- Process and run daily orders from retail and warehouse support.
- Other data entry and data gathering as needed by wholesale department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Moderate understanding of wholesale and store order processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
