Warehouse Worker

Job Function:

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment to facilitate the storage and timely delivery of products to customers.

Main duties and responsibilities:

·       Follow all work instructions from Warehouse Manager

·       Complete shipping and receiving tasks (loading and unloading of trucks) in an accurate and timely manner

·       Complete required SAP transactions and other required recordkeeping for outbound product and inbound raw materials and packaging

·       Clean and organize all warehouses, freezers, and storage trailers in accordance with all GMPs and established standards

·       Manage receipt and stocking of finished goods from Production. Finished goods and materials should be managed on a FIFO basis

·       Donate or dispose of short dated or damaged product as needed

·       Assist Production and QA departments with inventory control efforts

·       Prioritize workplace safety at all times

Qualifications: 

·       Forklift certification and pallet jack experience

·       Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience preferred

·       Ability to accurately count and perform basic math

·       High school diploma preferred

·       Spanish language a plus

Physical Demands and work environment:

·       Lift (up to 50 lbs) and bend as needed

·       Able to adjust work schedule as needed

·       Exposure to a cool/cold environment for sustained periods

·       Able to communicate and team with all levels of employees
