The Role
In this vital leadership position, you will be responsible for the morale and operational effectiveness of your teams while driving the strategic execution of our annual plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee departments to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety while managing departmental budgets and cost control.
- People Leadership: Develop a highly engaged workforce through coaching, mentoring, and the pursuit of total employee involvement.
- Transformation & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in labor productivity, inventory utilization, and creative cost-saving approaches.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, and GMP standards.
What You Bring
We are looking for a change agent who is aggressive about taking responsibility and can think outside the box to challenge the status quo.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Science); a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10 years in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in FMCG, automotive, or similar complex multi-customer environments.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in S&OP processes, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, and ERP systems (SAP experience is a major plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiating abilities, fact-based decision-making, and a clear focus on customer-centric metrics.
