Serves as the senior contractor representative responsible for overall execution of the USARC Analyst Support Services contract.
Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Former Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations.

- Direct contract execution and supervise all personnel.
- Serve as primary liaison with KO/COR and USARC leadership.
- Manage staffing, quality control, risk, schedules, and deliverables.
- Lead program reviews, executive briefings, and customer meetings.
- Ensure compliance with PWS, security, training, and reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Retired LTC/COL GS-14/15, or Senior NCO preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 years supervisory experience with at least 4 years supporting a DoD headquarters.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Army staff processes, PPBE, and strategic planning.
