This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, based in Winter Park, FL. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, maintaining a welcoming environment for guests, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. The Front Desk Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative support for the organization.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including answering calls, redirecting inquiries, and managing scheduling.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as data entry, managing records, and handling correspondence.
