Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in lead generation, driving sales efforts, nurturing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. The role also involves building partnerships, meeting performance goals, and facilitating customer discussions to ensure alignment with our services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively
- Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with an emphasis on achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local market in Pittsburgh, PA is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus
