FanThreeSixty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive new business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes complete ownership of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring a consistent growth trajectory. Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Create business opportunities by identifying, making contact and developing relationships with clients.
  • Assess clients’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet quotas.
  • Collaborate with Leadership to develop sales and marketing strategies to improve market share.
  • Perform sales activities on accounts and negotiate agreements with consultation from Leadership.
  • Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Assist in developing field sales action plans and programs to improve sales conversions and decrease sales cycles, as well as grow sales volumes and quotas.
  • Establish and maintain market differentiation plans based on analyzing market demands, key indicators, competitors and changing trends.
  • Develop and increase the sales network and contacts in order to reach key decision-makers.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Sales Team.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications and attending trade shows.
  • Ensure to consistently provide remarkable customer service and share product knowledge.
  • Present to Senior Leadership of prospects in person or virtually to close deals.
  • Create scopes of work to support successful client onboarding.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and potential clients.
  • Represent FanThreeSixty in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of professional sales experience.
  • Experience in sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and application of effective sales planning, selling strategies and techniques, as well as a proven track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  • Strong relationships and contacts within the sports industry, as well as awareness of sports industry development and technological advancements.
  • Basic technical background or knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
