Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create business opportunities by identifying, making contact and developing relationships with clients.
- Assess clients’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet quotas.
- Collaborate with Leadership to develop sales and marketing strategies to improve market share.
- Perform sales activities on accounts and negotiate agreements with consultation from Leadership.
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Assist in developing field sales action plans and programs to improve sales conversions and decrease sales cycles, as well as grow sales volumes and quotas.
- Establish and maintain market differentiation plans based on analyzing market demands, key indicators, competitors and changing trends.
- Develop and increase the sales network and contacts in order to reach key decision-makers.
- Attend regular meetings with the Sales Team.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications and attending trade shows.
- Ensure to consistently provide remarkable customer service and share product knowledge.
- Present to Senior Leadership of prospects in person or virtually to close deals.
- Create scopes of work to support successful client onboarding.
- Travel regularly to meet with clients and potential clients.
- Represent FanThreeSixty in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

- Three (3) to five (5) years of professional sales experience.

- Demonstrated proficiency and application of effective sales planning, selling strategies and techniques, as well as a proven track record of over-achieving sales quota.
- Strong relationships and contacts within the sports industry, as well as awareness of sports industry development and technological advancements.
- Basic technical background or knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
