Summary
EVS Supervisor will assist the EVS Manager in leading the EVS team, maintaining the cleanliness of the property to the establishment Fantasy Springs Standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Supervise the daily duties of assigned EVS shift.
- Must be able to work in a high pace environment without compromising attention to detail.
- Must be able to effectively and efficiently coordinate daily EVS responsibilities with staffing levels.
- Must have ability to train team members effectively and recognize the need for coaching and counseling.
- Maintain grooming appearance and uniform as specified in handbook.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to assist guests with any challenges to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of all in house events and resort activities so that the EVS department can be informed and prepared.
- Act as a leader and role model for all Fantasy Springs team members.
- Tour property including restrooms consistently to ensure cleanliness.
- Complete and conduct annual employee evaluations.
- Schedule employee PTO & vacation.
- Check & correct employee punches for assigned shift.
- Assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure OSHA policies are adhered to.

Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred, 2 years casino housekeeping experience preferred.
- Computer Skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Professional and neat appearance, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Must be adaptable and flexible to change.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes the ability to work weekends and holidays when required.
- The ability to remain calm and professional at all times.
- The ability to make quick decisions based on good judgment.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Employees may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise. Employee must be able to work around crowds.
