Summary

Demonstrate a proven ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of development.  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Conducts and documents in-depth analysis of key business indicators, operating procedures, programs, promotions, processes and forecasts while providing recommendations to support tactical and strategic decision-making by senior management.  
• Utilizes firsthand observations, sophisticated analytical tools and basic modeling techniques to enhance revenue while optimizing expenses.  
• Studies include financial and labor management, internal and external reporting, budgeting, Customer Relationship Management, process improvement, and Return On Investment involving the following operations: Casino, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Food and Beverage, Hotel, Purchasing, Entertainment, and Player Development. 
• Uses Change Management techniques to assure a smooth transition to newly implemented concepts.  
• Provides direct support to the Director of Planning & Analysis and Executive Management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Finance, Operations or Budget Analyst in a high volume organization or Casino. 
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to coordinate at all levels of the organization. Highly developed analytical and creative thinking skills a must. 
• Advanced experience with Excel and Word with general working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Database management knowledge preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.  
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
