Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a focus on outstanding customer service
- Promote token packages, arcade promotions, and loyalty programs
- Assist customers with operating claw machines and redeeming prizes
- Operate the POS system for transactions and reloads
- Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe arcade environment, including machines and store presentation
- Restock plushies, prizes, and merchandise regularly
- Monitor token usage and track inventory as needed
- Report any technical or maintenance issues to management
- Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including register counts and store prep
- Create a fun and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits
- Friendly, upbeat, and confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic technology, including POS systems and mobile apps
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
