Our headquarters are in Prescott, Arizona BUT we work STATEWIDE. Our company specializes in mass excavation, rock handling, underground utilities, private and public infrastructure, asphalt paving, aggregate crushing, asphalt hot plant production, trucking operations and much more. Daily tax-free subsistence (travel pay) is available for most assignments.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with tank endorsement required.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No DUIs or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
- Registered with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
- Able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, bend, twist, and perform physical labor as needed.
- Strong awareness of DOT safety and vehicle inspection standards.
- Capable of maintaining focus and judgment in changing environments.
- Must bring and maintain a basic tool kit, including:
- Air hose, hammer, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, tire gauge, sockets, etc.
- Must carry a CB radio (for use between company trucks).
- Must be able to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
- Must be able to travel throughout the state of Arizona.
- Construction hauling experience with Belly Dump, 10 and 12-wheel end dump, and water truck is preferred.
- Perform daily hauling operations including local and long-distance (9 hour) trips.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and company policy.
- Operate vehicle safely in all weather and traffic conditions.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper logs, reports, and time sheets.
- Attend daily safety meetings and follow company safety protocols.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep the truck clean and professional.
- Secure loads, couple/uncouple trailers, and handle tarping or manual labor as needed.
- Report equipment issues to supervisor or perform safe, basic repairs when able.
