eCommerce Specialist

What we are looking for: 

The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing product data and content requirements. The candidate will manage the cleansing process of product categorization, description standardization and data auditing and will be the first point of contact to manage product data issues and requests for product data. 

What you will do:

• Review, improve and maintain master data files for distribution
• Regular review of content and specifications on customer websites
• Review and clean/correct product data in an effort to get increasingly better-quality data
• Review incoming and changed data for completeness and accuracy
• Analyze product details to identify selling features
• Manage content and data on a number of websites
• Compile, format, and load product data to multiple systems, using a variety of methods, portals, and software
• Improve the user experience by creating cross channel consistency
• Perform in-depth analysis to determine product content gaps and the most efficient methods of enrichment
• Maintain and distribute product image files, while tracking and identifying needs
• Responsible for Unilateral Minimum Retail Price (UMRP) policy administration and compliance
• Manage active, promotional, and discontinued products and related pricing
• Introduce new products, enhance, and enrich product information, and ongoing product and pricing updates/maintenance.
• Manage product data and content requirements by uploading, maintaining and in some cases, developing product data using a number of different methods and software
• Manage active, promotional and discontinued products and related pricing

 What you bring to Fanimation: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing product data quality
• Be very idea driven
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to use Excel at an advanced level
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar retailer systems are a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and demands
• 4-year college degree preferred
