Role Summary
The Planner, Athlete Partnerships – Fanatics Collectibles is responsible for the coordination of signings between baseball subjects and Fanatics Collectibles. The position acts as the center point for all coordination between talent, agencies, representatives and Fanatics Collectibles in the procurement of autographs for trading card products. This person will work closely with internal business units including Product Development and Autograph Operations as well as shepherd daily correspondence with external agencies and Fanatics Collectibles witness representatives. This person will work diligently to ensure that autograph procurement is aligned with all production schedules and product deadlines.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Functions And Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between Fanatics Collectibles and agents/athletes for the coordination of signings.
- Coordinate with Fanatics Collectibles witness representatives and team/player contacts for autograph signings.
- Spearhead strategy and tactics for optimizing autograph signings throughout the product calendar year.
- Prioritize and multitask projects and card signings based on deadlines and milestone calendar dates.
- Review product checklists with Product Development for autograph requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase Order Coordinator and Accounts Payable to ensure contracted parties are paid for all autograph signings in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance to contractual obligations ensuring all services are executed.
- Foster and maintain relationships with agents, marketing reps, teams and industry contacts.
- Coordinate talent activations and marketing/licensing events.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in related field (sports industry, project management)
- Candidates should be self-confident, energetic, proactive, organized and highly detail oriented.
- Must like a fast-paced environment, and have ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and thrive in changing circumstances.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with the capacity to respond at non-traditional hours
- Exceptional written and oral communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s.
- Strong passion and comprehensive knowledge of MLB and MiLB/Topps baseball products a plus
- Airtable knowledge a plus
