Do you have a passion for great food and even greater customer service? We're seeking an Area Manager to help develop our GM's and stores to continue our growth. The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations within a specific geographic region. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of each restaurant to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. The AM is also responsible for maintaining brand standards and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversees multiple restaurant locations and ensure that each restaurant is meeting or exceeding it's financial and operational goals.
- Attracts, develops, and retains store leadership within assigned area.
- Provides feedback and contributes to continuous improvement for locations.
- Works with leadership and development team to develop new stores.
- Works with marketing team to ensure consistent marketing message to attract guests.
- Conducts assessment and audit of stores to ensure compliance with standards and all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and local ordinances.
- Knowledgeable about POS and able to train and make changes to products.
- Monitors store P&Ls to ensure cost metrics are met.
- Collaborates with site leadership teams to ensure business is running smoothly and team members are supported.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably with multi unit leadership
- ServSafe certified
