What You’ll Do:
- Support Leadership: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies that boost customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor key financial metrics like labor costs and cost of goods to ensure profitability.
- Team Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising our amazing staff.
- Inventory Management: Ensure freshness and proper food rotation, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and appearance in the restaurant.
- Health & Safety: Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure workstations are set up correctly, inventory levels are maintained, and recipes are followed.
- Food Expediting: Expedite food orders to ensure timely service.
- Menu Planning: Assist with menu planning and development.
- Leadership: Act as the General Manager in their absence and perform opening and/or closing duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations is required. Culinary experience is a plus!
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
