What will you be doing?
- Execute print marketing activities: Conduct product and supplier research, monitor supplier performance and inventory, and execution of sign kit process
- Manage production schedule: Proactively communicate updates with stakeholders
- Facilitate sign kit shipping process: Allocate appropriate quantities of season sign kits, generate shipping lists to procurement and vendors, generate packing lists to vendors, and track deliveries
- Work collaboratively: Regularly attend Creative Marketing meetings related to Print Marketing
- Analyze and make recommendations: Review and offer ideas on all available sources of print, including alternate products
- Process improvement: Seek methods to improve current practices by identifying problems and proposing viable solutions to supervisor
- Meet with external partners: Collaborate with vendors to discuss improved pricing, product quality, and delivery

- Bachelors degree in related field or related experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of applicable print marketing experience
- Strong written and oral communication and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to multi-task and execute at high service levels, detail-oriented
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
