We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Host/Server will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. The successful candidate must be able to multitask efficiently and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when requested.
- Take customer orders and enter them into the restaurant's computer system.
- Deliver food to customers in a timely manner.
- Check food quality before serving it to customers.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
