Your Role: As a Behavior Technician (Children’s Autism Treatment Technician I), you'll play a vital role in providing one-on-one behavioral intervention treatment to children in their homes. Utilizing play-based, relationship-centric, and naturalistic approaches, you'll work towards goals such as skill acquisition, behavior replacement, and behavior reduction. Additionally, you'll collaborate weekly with a supportive team to maintain individualized goals and ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable, insured transportation with a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to assist with child mobility and adopt a variety of physical postures, including kneeling, bending, and sitting on the floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for data collection
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to consistently adhere to schedules with high attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive training in Autism, Early Start Denver Model, and ABA therapy
- Client sessions with 3-5 clients, 2-3 times per week, 2.5 to 3 hours per session
- Deliver 1:1, play-oriented, goal-driven treatment to children aged 18 months to 5 years
- Detailed session documentation via provided hardware and software
- Effective communication with peers, families, and supervisors for collaborative treatment
- Ideal for individuals transitioning from roles such as teacher, educator, or caretaker, and those with interests in early childhood development or psychology.
