Status: Part-Time | Hourly
In this role, you'll work directly with children while helping provide day-to-day leadership in our Play & Learn area. You'll support and guide team members, maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios, lead age-appropriate activities, communicate with parents and members, and help ensure a clean, safe, and positive environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is at least 18 years old with a high school education
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Is dependable, positive, energetic, and a team player
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. and actively participate in activities with children
- Can obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 45 days of employment
- Can successfully complete required background and drug screening
