Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Teacher position at Family Worship Center, located in Lansdale, PA, catering to our Preschool, 1's, or 3's class. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, creating engaging learning environments, and fostering a supportive atmosphere to encourage children's development. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with parents, organizing class activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education
- Proficiency in Teaching and Communication to effectively guide and interact with children and parents
- Experience in Training and mentoring to support staff and student development
- Deep understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to engage and support young learners
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or similar setting is an asset
