Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize deal jackets for submission to Accounting
- Review deals for completeness and accuracy prior to posting
- Assist with Contracts in Transit (CIT) management
- Identify and resolve held offerings or funding issues
- Work closely with Finance Managers and Accounting to ensure deals are funded promptly
- Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding items
- Maintain organized and accurate records of deal activity
- Support the Finance department with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Previous dealership experience preferred (Finance, Accounting, or Office roles)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and systems
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a plus)
- Experience with dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership and follows things through to completion
- A team player who works well across departments
- A problem-solver who doesn’t let deals sit stuck
