Home Based Case Manager/Visit Supervisor

Family Solutions, a long-time provider in family preservation services, is looking for individuals to provide Home-Based Case Management/Supervised Visitation Services to families involved with the Department of Child Services.

A few of the services provided to families include:

• Teaching parenting skills
• Providing supervised visits
• Community resourcing
• Behavior modification
• Mentoring
• Money management
• Supervision of court ordered visits
• Monitor and modeling of nurturing parenting practices
• Substance abuse education

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other Human Service related fields. Additionally, looking for someone with CADAC certification or Substance Abuse training.

Must have evening and Saturday availability and willing to travel in and around Terre Haute and surrounding counties.
