- Familiarity with mental health first aid, wellness programming, or psychoeducational training delivery

What We Are Looking For
The strongest candidates for this role will bring more than general outpatient counseling experience. We are specifically seeking a clinician who has worked directly with substance use issues, trauma presentations, and crisis situations, and who can apply those skills effectively in a workforce setting. This role requires a calm, grounded clinician who can engage employees with professionalism, discretion, and practical clinical support. This is not an entry-level licensed role. It is best suited for someone with confidence, maturity, and strong independent decision-making ability.
