- A valid driver’s license in good standing and a vehicle with appropriate auto insurance are required. Must be able to pass the motor vehicle record background check.
Position Specifics
- Typically reflecting a 32-hour work week.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed

- Compensation: $27.05 per hour; estimated annual salary of $45,000

- On-Call Requirement: Participation in on-call rotation is required.
Position Details
The Counselor Advocate - Illinois Domestic Abuse will provide domestic violence services to youth and adults in the service area who identify as child witnesses to domestic violence/survivors of teen dating violence/survivors of domestic violence. This position will provide individual, family, and group counseling, advocacy, case management, and safety planning for individuals affected by domestic violence in Rock Island County and parts of Henry County. In addition, this position will provide outreach, awareness, and training to organizations, schools, systems, and agencies to address the unique needs of this population as well as increase identification and, therefore, referral to services, as well as access to services. This position may participate in the on-call rotation, providing 24-hour in-person crisis response to survivors as requested. This position must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. This position will need to have a flexible schedule that may include working some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary : $45,000
