POSTION SUMMARY:
Direct Support Professional (DSP) helps individuals with disabilities lead independent and fulfilling lives by providing direct support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and skill development. DSPs also focus on fostering positive relationships, ensuring client safety, and promoting community involvement. Weekend and evening shifts are available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support clients in developing life skills such as cooking, cleaning, communication, and social interaction.

Encourage independence while assisting with daily activities like personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.

Foster enriching experiences—whether it's folding laundry together, taking a peaceful walk in the park, or enjoying a picnic under the sun.
