Family Medical Center of Michigan is seeking a FT Optometrist in our Eye Clinic within our Adrian, MI health center.
FMC is a progressive, successful Federally Qualified Health Center. We practice patient centered medicine and services. The optometrist will be a part of a robust integrated team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to routine eye exams, diagnostics and treating / managing eye diseases, disorders and injuries, contact fittings/exams, prescribe medicines, and promote eye health. Records management.

Qualifications:
· Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program
· Active Michigan Optometry License
· EMR and computer software literacy
· Bi-Lingual a plus
· Prefer experienced Optometrist, however new graduates welcome to apply
