Position Overview:
We are seeking an Optometrist who values relationship-driven care, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team environment.
You will have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while practicing with modern technology and a strong support staff that handles pre-testing and administrative responsibilities—allowing you to focus on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care
- Perform comprehensive eye exams including refraction, binocular vision, and ocular health assessments
- Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases within scope of practice
- Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed
- Co-manage surgical and specialty care (LASIK, cataracts, glaucoma) as appropriate
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care
Patient Experience
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
- Deliver a personalized, attentive care experience
- Ensure continuity of care through follow-ups and communication
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Practice Growth & Collaboration
- Collaborate with staff to support efficient clinic flow
- Provide guidance and support to technicians
- Participate in community outreach and patient growth initiatives
- Build relationships with referral partners and local providers
Professional Development
- Maintain active licensure and continuing education
- Contribute to practice growth and process improvement

- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
- Active state optometry license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
