What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) Supervisor position at FAMILY LIFE COUNSELING & PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES?
We are seeking a highly organized, clinically skilled professional to support referral coordination, team supervision, crisis response, and community collaboration. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, schools, and county partners while providing leadership and direct service support.
Key Responsibilities

Referral & Communication Coordination
-
Answer incoming calls and dispatch referrals (Monday 8:00–10:00 a.m.; Tuesday–Thursday as scheduled)

Screen and filter calls for supervisors as appropriate

Coordinate and assign SPOC (Single Point of Contact) responsibilities

Manage and maintain program spreadsheets and tracking systems

Clinical & Direct Service Responsibilities

Assign and/or provide Parent Peer Support services

Leadership & Supervision
-
Provide individual supervision for assigned team members
-
Attend and help lead team meetings
-
Community & System Collaboration
-
Attend RMP meetings and complete monthly RMP reports
-
Participate in county crisis meetings
-
Participate in county sexual assault collaboration meetings
-
Attend COE (Case Western Reserve) meetings
-
Assign and/or complete CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) assessments

Provide school-based services on Wednesdays

Provide crisis response and stabilization services as needed

Support, supervise, and coach team members during crisis responses
- Licensure: LPCC-S, LISW-S, LMFT-S
- Education: Master's
- MRSS Supervision Certification
- Clinical supervision experience preferred
- Experience in crisis intervention and community collaboration
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid
- Crisis Intervention
- Valid Ohio driver's license. (travel required at times)
Salary : $58,000 - $65,000
