- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects.
- Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy workplace area.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
