Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney for our office in La Mesa, California. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in family law and legal issues
- Ability to draft and file legal motions and other court documents
- Experience with conducting depositions and interviewing clients
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Licensed California attorney (for Family Law Attorney role)
