Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing behavioral therapy.
You will be providing therapy to clients on the autism spectrum in home and clinic settings between the hours of:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Educate and train clients, families, and caregivers on behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to work effectively with people with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices in a behavioral health setting
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
