A note for those considering this role
Making a difference for children and families often means working outside of the typical 9–5 schedule. At Family Insight, we value that dedication and are committed to ensuring you feel supported, trained, and recognized for the impact you make in every session. All new hires must be available for two weeks of training, which will consist of virtual sessions from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by in-person shadowing either from 1:00–4:00 PM or 4:00–7:00 PM.

By being there during the times families need support most, you make a meaningful difference that goes far beyond the session. This is more than a part-time role, it’s work that truly changes lives.

What you bring
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework in ABA or psychology a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move quickly to ensure client safety.
- Willingness to work evenings (typically 4–7 PM) and occasional weekends.
- Able to pass background checks.
- Preferred: RBT certification, ABA experience, or current enrollment in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
- CPR certification
- TB test
- proof of auto insurance
The details
- Part-time, ~15 hours per week (with potential path to full-time).
- Evenings (typically 4–7 PM) and occasional weekends.
