Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of our office. This role helps keeps the workplace running smoothly by managing supplies, maintaining shared spaces, and providing general support to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and restock office and break room supplies
Keep kitchen, break rooms, and common areas clean and organized
Receive and organize deliveries and packages
Answer the door and great visitors
Assist with basic office setup and organization
Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed
Handle confidential information with tact and discretion on a need-to-know basis
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple small tasks throughout the day
Preferred:
Previous office support or facilities experience
