Staffing Coordinator/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Ensure there is sufficient nursing staff available for each shift.
- Monitoring staff compliance in following facility policy and procedure for clocking in and out for their scheduled shifts.
- Maintain and track employee absenteeism, vacation and sick days.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Managing facilities Indeed profile/ hiring and onboarding of nursing staff
- Payroll for nursing staff
- Education for nursing staff
Staffing Coordinator/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
